Edna was able to get us into multiple offers accepted and also to negóciate the sale price down to the appraised value. She was able to negóciate as well the seller to complete repairs. Coming across Edna on a conversation she made me realize it’s time to buy and not rent.I picked her as my agent because as we were looking to rent she gave the hopes and vibes possitive her assuring us that she can get our first home purchase accepted and with in short time period.The best experience with Edna was that she listen and never insisted giving me other options for cities that weren’t on my list. Edna was a great realtor for us. We had a lot of houses that we wanted to check out and she made it possible. We have a pretty demanding schedule and Edna was willing to work with that. Edna was very responsive with any questions through the whole process. The hard part after making an offer was all the paperwork and Edna explained all aspects, was very knowledgeable, and made the process simple. We still love our house and are happy that we lucked out at having such a great realtor.
